The sessions are offered as a journey of self-knowledge and awareness in the search for personal well-being, with a theoretical-experiential programme aimed at recognising and managing personal needs and muscular and emotional tension, in order to live an authentic and free life. The course alternates theoretical and practical sessions with exercises, meditation and group work, to provide each participant with the necessary tools to develop a better relationship with their own body and experience greater freedom and lightness, not only physical.
