CUBO LIVE – places, ideas, voices, events – is a series of live shows promoted by CUBO, the Unipol Group's corporate museum, throughout the country in especially picturesque locations.
One of these is the Porta Europa Gardens in Bologna. This hanging green oasis lies hidden in the headquarters of the Unipol Group, with spacious green areas surrounded by the MEDIAgarden audiovisual art installation.
Leading soloist, acclaimed composer and band leader nominated for multiple Grammy Awards, Chris Potter is the greatest saxophonist of our times. Vibrant sense of swing, electrifying groove and instrument technique bordering on perfection are the hallmarks of his music. Jazz steeped in elements of R&B, Funk, Latin and marked by the skilful use of electronic and electro-acoustic instruments, mostly by keyboard shaman, James Francies. World-class drummer Eric Harland weaves the complex rhythmic textures, guaranteeing an explosive and pyrotechnic show.
